With the attack on Earth by the forces of the renegade alien menace, General Zod, now showing that life beyond definitely exists, this news report presents what is known about the dead planet Krypton. Using recently unearthed research and heavily redacted government documents, this report tells about Kryptonian culture, language, technology and its history. Even as the report gives a cautionary tale about that planet's fate, it presents the new possibilities now confronting Earth, and its relationship to its apparent sole survivor, Superman.
